Can I manage my account myself or do I need to wait for customer support?

Yes, you can absolutely manage your listings - add, update or remove  them as often as you wish.

Can I cancel my service or is there a contract involved?

Cancel anytime - just give us enough notice to stop the monthly credit card charge, typically one week before the end of any month.

Can I try a small number of listings to 'test' the service?

Yes, you can start with the Basic package for an investment of only $30. If you don't like the service - cancel, if you want more listings - upgrade. It is really that simple.

Can I upload pictures so a potential buyer can view them?

Yes, all you need to do is include a link that we provide in your text message response for viewing on a mobile (or regular) web browser.

Do we get information to provide our sellers on how many buyers have viewed a specific property?

Yes, each cell phone number is captured along with the property ID, time & date and all sent to you via email at the time of the request.
